Keyword Density

• Keyword density of a website is simple. Out of all the words on your page, what percentage is any given word or phrase. It is a common belief that search engine algorithms use keyword densities to rank websites. This is not entirely wrong, but is a pretty simplistic view of a very complicated calculation. Either way, if you are trying to rank for “seo”, then you certainly want “seo” to appear on your web page more than most other words.
